User Research & Inclusive Design
We conducted extensive research with refugees and case workers to understand their needs. The platform was designed with accessibility as a priority, supporting RTL languages, low-bandwidth connections, and assistive technologies.
Multilingual Architecture
Built a dynamic localization system supporting 12 languages with real-time content translation. The platform adapts its interface, date formats, and cultural references based on user preferences.
